4. photovoltaic system ready
Last year, we built two more photovoltaic systems on the HoKa site: Our fourth and, at 85.9 kWp, smallest photovoltaic system to date was commissioned on our triangular hall in December 2011.The photovoltaic system produces electricity that we use for our injection molding department. On Sundays and holidays, when the system produces electricity that we cannot use ourselves, the electricity is fed into the public grid and sold. Our new production hall was planned in such a way that steel beams protrude from the roof and are connected to the steel structure of the hall. This guarantees us improved statics and the modules do not lie on the roof skin.
